24.01.2018

The plan for today was "outdoor cooking".We started a trip to the biggest lake of Joensuu and there we transported  the food on our "bobs" into the forest.
 
We walked about 5 minutes to the hut. As we arrived Ilari has warmed up the hut. There we drunk some tea and we started to peel potatoes, the others were cooking the reindeer and smoked the salmon.
 
We had lunch at half past 11 a.m. and when we finished Sara was cooking french toast with whipped cream and some jam. It was a very nice day and we are thankful that we could have made this experience.
