Our first day at school:

 

We woke up at half past 07:00 and we had to be at school at half past 08:00.

The way from our dormitory to school is about 2km long and we were walking about half an hour. It was really cold it had about -24 degrees but it was great to walk in the morning, so we could see already something of the city Joensuu. In the school we met  Mrs. Kaisa and she showed us the school and we had breakfast. Sophia and Marie started to work in the restaurant by Mr.Kari and Anja in the kitchen by Mr. Jorma.

We were working together with some girls. One of the girls name is Mimosa and she showed us what we had to do on the first day. We already took the order from some Belgium guests and we brought the water and beer to the tables and as well we did some cleaning. 

Anja was working in the kitchen she made some salad and desserts and Ilari was responsible for her and showed her some things.

We finished at 02:00 p.m. and the sun was shining. We decided to see a little bit more from Joensuu but it was freezing cold outside. We went to the supermarket and bought some food and after that, we cooked Pasta for dinner.

We had a great start at school and a beautiful day in Joensuu.
